Field School for K-12 Educators
The Watershed
Research and Education Program at Northern Arizona University offered a 2-day
Field School in Watershed Science on April 20th to 22nd, 2006
Our intention was to
provide a relatively small group of primary and secondary school educators
with a
high-quality, low-cost field school that offers watershed, water supply,
water quality and water use information that can be readily used and applied
to benefit Arizona students.
The 2006 Field
School is a continuation of our semi-annual offering designed to benefit K-12
educators.
The key players in
the Field School will consisted of educators from across North-Central
Arizona. There were
opportunities to learn from specialists each day who covered
